Cancellation Policy

This policy is applicable to all customers who purchase the SpiderCRM software via our website (SpiderCRM.biz). It is in accordance with Indian laws and the guidelines set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The product has not been delivered or made accessible to the customer within the specified delivery timeline.
• The product is found to have critical defects that prevent its proper functioning and cannot be resolved within 15 working days after reporting the issue to our support team.
• Duplicate or erroneous payment due to technical or manual errors.

No refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to read product descriptions, features, or system requirements.
• User errors, including installation issues caused by non-compliance with system prerequisites.
• Unauthorized modifications made to the software.
• Subscription-based plans that have been utilized beyond 7 days from purchase.

To initiate a refund request, customers must:

1. Contact our support team via email at support@spidercrm.biz with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
2. Provide supporting evidence, such as screenshots, error logs, or other relevant details.

• Customers can cancel their subscription to SpiderCRM at any time by contacting our support team or using the cancellation option available in their account settings.
• Upon cancellation of a subscription, all data related to the customer's organization will be permanently deleted from our system to ensure data privacy and compliance.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the renewal date to avoid auto-renewal charges.

Cancellation of one-time purchases is not allowed once the product has been downloaded or activated.

• Refund and cancellation requests are not accepted since the product activation is done only after a 15-day free trial, giving customers ample time to evaluate the product.
• All refund requests are subject to thorough verification and approval by our team, ensuring compliance with our policy guidelines.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed in INR and may be subject to currency exchange rate variations and any applicable bank charges for international payments.

Please note that no refunds or cancellations will be allowed after you have signed up and completed your registration. SpiderCRM reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice, in compliance with Indian laws and RBI guidelines.
